Just focal points. Got to get it out while it's still fresh, ya know.
Tonight after work, dance class, and anticipating beingnin my pajamas, my boyfriend suddenly brought up that we were to meet his co workers for drinks at a low key restaurant. As we grew nearer to our location, we realized "low key" was more like 5 star. And as the conversation grew longer, realized "co workers" were more superficial than anything. I haven't felt that belittled in quite a while, probably my freshman year in highschool. Everyone was quite polite, but in their drunken obliviousness failed to heed social manners, such as whispering, rather than speaking aloud when talking about "Matt's girlfriend". That's me.Theres a lot more I can say. I could mention the parking garage. Or the strip club / taxi conversation. Or the conversation about drinking and driving. But Im going to fall asleep on Matt's couch to weeds.
